oh my goodness, those tacos look fabulous! so much variety! we actually made our own version of the koji korean tacos... only because we didn't have the patience to wait in line!

Do you like Vietnamese food? I bet you do. I bet you like it for its freshness, its regional diversity, its aggressive use of herbs, its bold flavours. Mexican food has all of those things! Good Mexican bears little relation to the bastardised Tex Mex you're thinking of.
please note tex mex can also be awesome though!
